The Philippine Insurers & Reinsurers Association (PIRA) is governed by a 12-man Board of Trustees whose members are elected by the General Membership every year. The Board of Trustees elect among themselves the Chairman, Vice Chairman, President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and the Independent Director.
