ABOUT US

The Philippine Insurers and Reinsurers Association (PIRA) is a non-profit trade association established to serve the collective interests of domestic non-life insurance and reinsurance companies, and to promote the sustainable growth and development of the Philippine non-life insurance sector.

As the principal voice of the industry, PIRA represents its members by advocating for sound policies and advancing initiatives that strengthen the ability of insurance companies to operate, grow, and better serve the Philippine market.

PIRA brings together member companies and industry partners to collaborate on key issues at the national, regional, and local levels. Through the development of standards, best practices, and industry-wide reforms, the Association helps enhance effectiveness, transparency, and shared values across the sector.
